The Dearborn Building Expo is an event designed to bring together the many moving parts within the construction industry. Whether it's a home remodel for a Dearborn resident or a brand new development an investor is looking to make downtown, this expo will strive to provide the tools, resources, contacts and opportunities that are available within our community.

 

Our goal is to "match make" and empower the community with the information regarding what professional services are available through local contractors, the city, and neighboring communities. This event will target residents, new business owners, and investors looking to plant roots within the city of Dearborn.

 

The Dearborn Building Expo will kick off the city's initiatives to provide further resources including the extension of permitting counter hours for the week of the expo. We aim to encourage attendees to start the permitting process early and take advantage of the services available. We will speak to the successes of the processes in place thus far and forecast what our next steps are moving forward within our new technological partnerships.
